Dr. Maryline Bourdil-Resch is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources at Montpellier Business School since 2008. Her research focuses on compensation motivation, call center working conditions, social responsibility of organizations, and workplace well-being. She actively contributes to French academic journals such as Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines and international conferences like the British Academy of Management. Bourdil-Resch is a member of professional associations including AGRH and ADERSE. Notably, she received the 2012 Best Paper Award at the ARIMHE Conference.
Her teaching expertise spans humanities and HR-related disciplines. Research highlights include explorations of leadership styles in cooperatives, family business dynamics, and healthcare workplace psychology.
