Rachel Beaujolin is a Full Professor at NEOMA Business School, specializing in organizational transformations, employment management, and industrial relations. Her research employs action-research and action-training methodologies to co-construct knowledge with practitioners, focusing on corporate restructuring, organizational justice, and work-life balance. She has held leadership roles including Head of the People and Organizations Department and Director of the Reims Campus at NEOMA.
