Maryline THENOT-LECOMTE is a Professor and Member of the Bioeconomics Chair at Néoma Business School, holding a Doctorate in Management Sciences and a background in Law and Strategy. Her expertise spans tax/legal engineering, governance, bioeconomy, and Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). She teaches in both initial and continuing education programs, emphasizing institutional change, SSE companies, and cooperatives' roles in economic transition.
Her research focuses on governance values, bioeconomy, and SSE contributions to sustainable development. Key areas include cooperatives' role in the transition economy, bioeconomy strategies, and disability inclusion in workplaces. She has published widely in journals like Behavioral Sciences, Revue Française de Gestion, and Economie Rurale, and co-authored books on cooperative dynamics and bioeconomy futures.
Maryline actively participates in research projects such as BLUEPRINT and serves on the Scientific Steering Committee of the Société française d’économie rurale. She directs the European Center for Biotechnology and Bioeconomics and the Club des Bioéconomistes de France, contributing to policy and innovation ecosystems in bioeconomy and SSE.
