Mark Stringer is a Senior Lecturer and Subject Group Lead in People, Work and Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck Business School, Birkbeck, University of London. He holds additional roles as Programme Director for the Professional Doctorate (EBMHRM) and the Joint MBA with Central Saint Martins. With nearly 40 years of industry experience across finance, product management, HR, and organizational development, he bridges academic and practical insights. His research focuses on critical interdisciplinary tools to address organizational challenges, including a PhD analyzing Employee Engagement through Lacanian psychoanalysis and an upcoming study on women’s leadership trajectories.
