Mark Moller is a Visiting Professor of Law at Northwestern University School of Law, where he teaches civil procedure, complex litigation, conflict of laws, statutory interpretation, and legal ethics. He holds a JD with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, an LLM with first class honors from the University of Cambridge, and a bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Duke University.

His research explores the historical evolution of federal courts' authority in complex civil litigation, with a focus on procedural and structural challenges. His scholarship has been published in journals such as the William & Mary Law Review, Indiana Law Journal, and Stanford Journal of Complex Litigation.
Prior to joining Northwestern, Professor Moller practiced law at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C., and served as a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute's Center for Constitutional Studies, where he edited the Cato Supreme Court Review. He is currently affiliated with Northwestern after previously holding a full-time professorship at DePaul Law School.
