Dr. Mark Hagger is a Professor at Bangor University's School of History, Law and Social Sciences, specializing in medieval political history with a focus on Normandy and England from the 10th to 12th centuries. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of St Andrews (1998) and has held roles at Oxford University and the City of London. His current projects include research on Angevin rule in Normandy and editing the Anglo-Norman Studies conference proceedings.
