Dr. Marina Boulos is a Senior Lecturer in Global Human Resource Management at the Guildhall School of Business and Law, London Metropolitan University. Her career spans Leeds University Business School (LUBS) and Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS), where she developed expertise in teaching HRM modules and supervising master's dissertations. Currently, she leads modules on employee engagement and organizational behavior, focusing on workplace wellbeing and fairness.
Education: PhD in Human Resource Management (title: Understanding stress management intervention success: A case study-based analysis of what works and why)
Research Interests: Marina’s work centers on workplace wellbeing, stress management interventions, and organizational sustainability. She explores the role of trade unions, interventions for stress prevention, and how HR practices can foster positive work environments. Her research has been presented at key conferences including CERIC, ILPC, and WES.
