Frances Jorgensen

Frances Jorgensen is a Professor specializing in organizational behavior, human resource management (HRM), and change management at Royal Roads University. She teaches primarily in the MBA program and advises students in Organizational Management Projects (OMP), Doctor of Social Sciences, and Doctor of Business Administration programs.
