Tara Reich is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at King's Business School, King's College London. She previously held positions at the London School of Economics (2011-2018) and the University of Surrey (2018-2019). Her research focuses on workplace relationships, particularly the psychological impacts of workplace mistreatment and observer reactions to such behaviors. She teaches core modules on the Human Resource Management & Organizational Analysis MSc and an elective on the Business Management BSc.
