Marina Pastor serves as a Lecturer in Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Business and Law, Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), Cambridge, while concurrently pursuing her PhD at ARU. Her academic foundation combines a Master’s in Human Resource Management from ARU with a Degree in Modern Language, Culture and Communication from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, enriched by professional experience as a Human Resources Administrator and English language teacher.
