Marijana Baric

Marijana Baric is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour and HRM at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), part of the Faculty of Business and Law. She holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Sheffield, complemented by a BA (Dual Honours) in Management and Economics from the same institution, and a PG Cert in Education from Oxford Brookes University.

Her research focuses on fostering social value in organizations through equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI), employee wellbeing, and green behaviour. Theoretical contributions include work on social exchange theory, psychological contracts, and organizational authenticity. She has conducted research for the ESRC, Eurofound, and Marie Curie Industry Academic Partnerships.

Teaching areas include Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Her recent work explores employee perspectives on organizational practices, with a focus on sustainability transitions and crisis management. She has collaborated on projects addressing circular economy dynamics and sovereign wealth fund impacts.
