Paolo Mazzéo is a fixed-term researcher in the Department of Chemical, Life and Environmental Sustainability Sciences at the University of Parma. He teaches courses in FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, MATERIALS SCIENCE, and CHEMISTRY for first and second cycle degrees, with active teaching appointments from 2021/2022 to 2025/2026 academic years.
