Dr. Lorraine Samuels is the Chair of the Department of Social & Behavioral Sciences and an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Huston-Tillotson University. She teaches diverse courses such as Introduction to Criminal Justice, Juvenile Justice, Probation and Parole, Ethics in Criminal Justice, and Crime Prevention. Her work bridges academic research with practical applications in corrections, juvenile justice systems, and child welfare.
