Harald R. Duncan is a Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice at Jacksonville State University's College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. He has taught courses such as Juvenile Agencies, Theories of Crime Causation, Corrections, Probation and Parole, and Security.
His professional experience includes extensive training in child abuse/neglect cases, the Alabama juvenile court system, and criminal court systems during his tenure as a social worker and probation/parole officer. He earned his B.A. in History with a German minor (1972), Teacher Certification (1973), and an M.S. in General Education with Criminal Justice emphasis (2000), all from Jacksonville State University.
