Lisa Di Marco is an education-focused Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Monash University, combining academic expertise with over 20 years of commercial legal experience in private practice and government. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Laws specializing in intellectual property.
Her research and practice focus on contract law, consumer law, legal technology, and education pedagogy, with contributions to privacy/data protection and AI-related legal frameworks. She has pioneered curriculum redesigns integrating active learning and blended learning models in Monash’s contract law units.
