Nick Sinanis is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, specializing in legal history and private law. His research focuses on the histories of common law remedies, particularly exemplary damages and punitive measures in tort. He holds a PhD from University College London (UCL) for his work on 'Exemplary Damages: A Critical History,' an LLM from the University of Melbourne, and a dual degree in Law and Classics from the University of Adelaide.
