Dr Nick Sage is an Associate Professor of Law at the LSE Law School (London School of Economics and Political Science). He specializes in private law including contract, property, and tort, with a focus on theoretical questions about legal justification and intersections with moral/political philosophy. Previously, he held roles at the University of Toronto (PhD), Columbia Law School (postdoc), and practiced litigation at Cravath, Swaine & Moore (New York).
