Krish Maharaj is an Associate Professor at the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law. He holds an LLB/BCOM from the University of Auckland, an LLM from UBC, and a PhD from UBC. His research focuses on the law of obligations, contracts, equity, and civil remedies, particularly mitigation in damages and good faith obligations in contract law. He previously played a leading role in establishing the Desautels Centre for Private Enterprise and Law at the University of Manitoba and contributed to a JD-MBA program there.
