Jeff Berryman

Jeff Berryman is a Distinguished University Professor and Professor of Law at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, where he has served for over 35 years. He has held administrative roles such as Acting Associate Vice-President Academic and former Dean of the Faculty of Law (1990–1995). His expertise lies in equitable remedies, tort law, contract law, and damages assessment, with a focus on interlocutory injunctions, non-pecuniary damages, and multiculturalism in legal contexts. Berryman has authored influential works like The Law of Equitable Remedies and co-edited Remedies: Cases and Materials.
