Jeffrey Berryman is a Distinguished University Professor and Professor of Law at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law. He holds honorary professorships at the University of Auckland and has served as Dean of the Faculty of Law (1990–1995) and Acting Associate Vice-President Academic (2016). His expertise lies in equitable remedies, tort law, and legal policy, with a focus on injunctions, damages, and civil procedure. Berryman has authored seminal works like The Law of Equitable Remedies and contributed to leading casebooks such as Remedies: Cases and Materials.
