LIM How Khang

LIM How Khang is an Assistant Professor of Law and Computer Science (Practice) at Singapore Management University with joint affiliations to the Yong Pung How School of Law and School of Computing and Information Systems. He directs the Research Programme in Computational Law and the BSc (Computing & Law) Programme. His work focuses on integrating computational methods into legal frameworks.

Research Interests: Dr. LIM specializes in Computational Law, Natural Language Processing applications in legal contexts, and Legal Technology innovation. His research bridges AI-driven automation with judicial decision-making processes.

Awards:

• Punch Coomaraswamy Prize in the Law of Evidence (NUS, 2009)
• Dean’s List honors at NUS (2006/07 and 2007/08)

Leadership: Serves on multiple national committees including Singapore Academy of Law's Blockchain Consortia Governance Panel and IMDA's Cybersecurity accreditation board.
