Colin TAN

Colin TAN is an Associate Professor of Law (Practice) at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University (SMU). He holds a PhD in Law from the National University of Singapore (2023), an LLM from University College London (2003), an LLB from University College London, and an MBBS from NUS (1996). His research focuses on Family Law and Mental Capacity Law, with notable contributions to matrimonial asset division, mental capacity legal frameworks, and judicial procedures.
