Kimberly A. Yuracko is the Judd and Mary Morris Leighton Professor of Law at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. She is a nationally recognized expert in antidiscrimination law, with a focus on gender nonconformity, Title IX, and education law.
- Education: BA, PhD, JD from Stanford University
Her research explores the complexities of antidiscrimination law across categories like race, gender, and sex, addressing pressing policy issues in tort law, homeschooling regulation, and transgender rights in sports. She authored the award-winning book Gender Nonconformity and the Law and co-authored two influential casebooks.
Recent publications focus on antidiscrimination theory, judicial interpretation, and policy reform. Her work has been featured in top law reviews and translated internationally.
