Juliet A. Williams is a Professor of Gender Studies and Faculty Director of the UCLA Quarter in Washington Program. She holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Government from Cornell University.

- Author of The Separation Solution?: Single-Sex Education and the New Politics of Gender Equality (2016)
- Co-editor of Public Affairs: Politics in the Age of Sex Scandals (2004)
Her research examines socio-legal dimensions of gender equality, including NSF-funded work on gender neutrality in U.S. law and activism. Current book project: Daddy’s Home: What Everyone Needs to Know About Patriarchy. Publications appear in Signs, Gender & Society, and Law & Society Review.
