Dr. Julie Nyanjom is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University (ECU). She specializes in emotions, organizational behavior, educational pedagogy, and inclusive management practices. Her interdisciplinary research employs qualitative methods, focusing on workplace inclusion, mentorship, and curriculum development in hospitality and tourism sectors. She holds a PhD from a South African university (2009) and an MBA from Flinders University. Dr. Nyanjom contributes to peer review and serves on editorial boards for Higher Education Research and Development and Educational Action Research.
