Eunjin Kwon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality Administration at Lamar University, College of Nutrition, Hospitality and Human Services. She teaches courses including Intro to Hospitality Industry, Human Resources in Hospitality, and Travel and Tourism.
