Dr. Vincent-Ponroy's publications reveal a consistent focus on family business identity, organizational behavior in SMEs, and qualitative research methodologies. Her most recent work examines psychological capital and creativity in family firms, building on her earlier research on identity maintenance by non-family members in family businesses.
