Nabila BOUKEF

Nabila BOUKEF is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Digital Transformation at SKEMA Business School in Lille, France. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine University and has been with SKEMA since 2016. Previously, she served as an Associate Professor at ESDES Lyon Business School from 2005 to 2016. She has held visiting positions at HEC Montréal (2022-2023), University of Arkansas (2009-2010), and Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (2003-2005). Her academic journey began with a BA in Management Sciences with a Major in Finance from Institut des hautes études commerciales de Carthage in Tunisie (1999), followed by an MSc in Strategy and Economics from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (2001).

Nabila BOUKEF's research focuses on Enterprise Social Media, Knowledge Management, and the Digital Workplace. She investigates how employees use digital tools for both work and non-work purposes, and how these practices impact organizational knowledge sharing and cultural dynamics. Her publication record shows a clear evolution from early work on email communication and the Millefeuille theory (2006-2008) to more recent research on enterprise social media, dispersed teams, and digital workplace dynamics (2020-2025).
