Anne Janand is an Associate Professor and HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) holder at the University of Paris-Saclay, specializing in Management Sciences. She graduated from HEC in 1997 and holds dual roles as Senior Lecturer and researcher in Management. Her work focuses on Human Resources Management, particularly internal mobility, career dynamics, and organizational ethics.
Research interests include psychological contracts, talent development, and the intersection of philosophy with management practices. She has conducted extensive studies on employee mobility's ethical dimensions, leadership formation through mobility, and the role of diversity in organizational contexts. Her work integrates ancient philosophical insights (e.g., Seneca) with modern organizational challenges.
