Erwan Lamy

Erwan Lamy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information & Operations Management at ESCP Business School. He is also an associate researcher at IDHES Saclay (CNRS, ENS Paris-Saclay) and a member of the Research Group in Epistemology at the Collège de France. His research focuses on epistemology, exploring the organizational conditions for reliable knowledge production in innovative organizations and the ethical implications of AI integration in entrepreneurial contexts. He created the elective module *Information Ethics and Artificial Intelligence* in ESCP's Master in Management program. Lamy is a founding member and president of the Société de Philosophie des Sciences de Gestion (French academic society).

Education:

• Master’s in Physics, University of Paris VI
• Doctorate in Epistemology, History of Science, and Technology (2005), Paris Diderot University (Paris 7), with a thesis on entrepreneurial researchers.

Research Interests:

Lamy’s work bridges epistemology and business ethics, addressing how ethical principles guide AI applications in organizations. He examines intellectual ethics frameworks to ensure responsible innovation. His philosophical contributions to management science enhance critical thinking in organizational studies.
