Joseph Schmidt is a Professor and Edwards Enhancement Chair in Business at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan. He holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (University of Calgary), an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, all from the University of Calgary.
