Jo-Anne Geere is an Associate Professor in Physiotherapy at the School of Health Sciences, University of East Anglia (UEA). She is affiliated with multiple research groups including the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, Water Security Research Centre, and Epidemiology and Public Health. Her key responsibilities include coordinating the MSc 'Physiotherapy Practice' module. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Curtin University, 1987), a Postgraduate Diploma in Manipulative Therapy (Curtin, 1994), and an MSc in Health Sciences (UEA, 2009).
Her research focuses on musculoskeletal disorder management, global water access health impacts, and disability rehabilitation.
