Jean Freebury serves as a Lecturer of Dance at the Conservatory of Dance, Purchase College, where she has taught technique and repertory since 2008. A former member of the Merce Cunningham Dance Company (1992-2003), she is recognized as a fellow of the Merce Cunningham Trust and has significantly contributed to preserving Cunningham's legacy through stagings worldwide.
