Dr. Helena Zavos is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King's College London. Her research integrates genetically sensitive designs to explore the intersection of mental health and physical health, with a focus on cardiovascular conditions, nutrition, and menstrual-related mental health.
