Dr. Hanaa Osman is an academic at Bournemouth University, serving as Interim Head of PAO and Interim Deputy Head of the Department of People and Organisations. She holds a PhD in Hospitality Marketing from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). Her research focuses on consumer behavior, gender in tourism, and hospitality management, with a particular interest in cultural and gender dynamics in travel experiences.
