Gregory Moore is an Associate Professor (Research) in the Department of Medicine at Monash University and Head of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) at Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne. He holds additional roles as Chair of the Australian Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Association and Board member of Crohn's and Colitis Australia. Educated at Monash University, he completed gastroenterology training at Monash Medical Centre and St. Vincent's Hospital, followed by a PhD in basic science at the University of Melbourne. In 2007, he founded the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Unit at Monash Medical Centre, leading a multi-disciplinary tertiary referral clinic.
