Esther Engelhard is an Associate Professor at the Utrecht University School of Law, affiliated with the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law and the Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL). Her work bridges fundamental and practice-oriented research in liability law, with a focus on transnational legal sources and empirical insights.
