Elisabeth Perham is a Lecturer at the School of Global & Public Law within the UNSW Faculty of Law & Justice. She holds a PhD from UNSW, an LLM from Harvard Law School, and undergraduate degrees from Victoria University of Wellington (NZ). Her research focuses on comparative constitutional law, particularly constitution-making processes in small states, gender dimensions of constitutionalism, and public law in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
