Sean Brennan

Associate Professor Sean Brennan is a prominent legal scholar at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), specifically within the School of Global & Public Law. He holds a BA (Hons), LLB (Hons), and LLM from the Australian National University (ANU). His primary research focuses on constitutional law, native title, and Aboriginal land rights, with notable contributions to understanding Australia's legal frameworks regarding Indigenous sovereignty and property rights.
