Professor Gabrielle Appleby is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of New South Wales (Sydney). She holds a PhD from the University of Adelaide (2012), an LLM from the University of Melbourne (2009), and an LLB from the University of Queensland (2005). As Director of The Judiciary Project at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law, her research focuses on public law, executive governance, parliamentary practices, judicial integrity, and First Nations constitutional recognition.
