Dong Lee is an Associate Tutor at the Norwich Business School (NBS) within the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of East Anglia. His research focuses on workplace bullying, wellbeing, and proactive behaviours, particularly among marginalised groups such as North Korean refugees. He holds a PhD in Business and Management from NBS, an MSc in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of Warwick, and a BSc in Management from NBS.

His research explores how cultural traditions, political climates, and situational factors (e.g., the pandemic) influence perceptions of workplace bullying and psychological wellbeing. He investigates proactive behaviours' role in organisational culture and their relationship with workplace bullying. Lee is a qualitative researcher, with a focus on vulnerable populations and systemic workplace issues.
Lee is affiliated with the Employment Systems and Institutions (ESI) research group at NBS. His work bridges academic inquiry with practical insights into organisational dynamics, including supply chain management experience in South Korea and internships in start-up accelerators and consulting.
