Annilee Game is a Professor of Organisational Psychology at the University of East Anglia's Norwich Business School, affiliated with the Employment Systems and Institutions group. She serves as NBS Director of Staff Development, Course Leader for the BPS-accredited MSc Organisational Psychology, and has held roles including interim Deputy Head of School and Chair of the NBS Research Ethics Committee. A Chartered Psychologist with BPS Division of Occupational Psychology membership, she chairs the BPS East of England Branch committee.
Education: BSc Psychology (Aston University), MSc Occupational Psychology (University of Sheffield), PhD in Management (Aston University). Former Research Associate positions at Warwick Business School and Aston Business School.
Research focuses on emotional, relational, and ethical aspects of work, including workplace emotions/leadership, attachment theory in organizations, ethical decision-making, and ethical leadership. Active in editorial roles (e.g., British Journal of Management) and peer review for journals like Journal of Business Ethics and Work and Stress.
Current projects include examining skilled migrant experiences in IT sectors and contributing to UN SDGs through research on work-related inequalities. Media engagements include coverage of workplace wellbeing studies (November 2021).
