Dr. Keith Schofield is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Work and Organisation at Aston Business School, Aston University, and serves as Deputy Dean: International in the College of Business and Social Sciences. He oversees domestic and international recruitment, portfolio development, and partnerships across three Schools. His research focuses on applying psychology to organisations through qualitative ethnography, emphasizing communities of practice, knowledge sharing, and socio-cultural learning processes.
