Shafag Garayeva is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia, and a member of the Employment Systems and Institutions research group. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology (Birkbeck, University of London, 2022) and an MSc in Psychology (Distinction, Nottingham Trent University, 2016). A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), she specializes in mixed-method research, including grounded theory, surveys, and experiments.
