Doan Nguyen

Dr. Doan Nguyen is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Marketing from The University of Queensland. Her research focuses on service management, customer service recovery, professional services, and digital marketing. Notable achievements include an Australian Research Council (ARC) Discovery Grant (2011–2015) for pro bono services research and a Best Research Paper Award at the Academy of Management Conference.

Her work explores service recovery strategies, consumer emotions, and professional service relationships, with key publications in top journals like the European Journal of Marketing and Journal of Service Research. She has also received recognition for innovative teaching methods, including grants for developing interactive educational videos.

Dr. Nguyen actively participates in academic discourse, presenting at conferences such as the Academy of Management and Frontiers in Service.
