Park Thaichon is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the School of Business, University of Southern Queensland. His research focuses on marketing strategies, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and franchising. He is affiliated with the Centre for Health Research. He has supervised numerous doctoral and master's students, contributing to research areas such as AI in marketing, luxury branding, and service recovery. His work has been published in journals like the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics and the International Journal of Advertising. Thaichon has also secured grants totaling over $1 million, including projects on AI marketplaces and digital marketing upskilling.
