Courtney Jost, PhD, MPH is an Instructor and IMPACT Program Coordinator at Oregon State University’s School of Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences. Her work focuses on global health equity and disability inclusion through community-based interventions. She leads initiatives with the IMPACT Program and Botswana Global Health Initiative, addressing health disparities for individuals with disabilities worldwide.

Research: Courtney investigates cultural perceptions of disability and their impact on health access. She designs culturally responsive programs to improve educational and health equity in Botswana and Ghana. Her work emphasizes participatory approaches with local stakeholders to address systemic barriers.
Programs: Her leadership in the Botswana Global Health Initiative includes developing sanitation/hygiene programs in Ghana and evaluating community-based interventions in Botswana. Reports from 2019–2023 highlight her focus on program implementation and sustainability.
