Dr Christine Campbell is an Associate Professor at St Mary's University, specializing in gender and sexuality studies. She holds a BSc (Hons) from Portsmouth University (1996) and a PhD from the University of Southampton (2000). Her research focuses on consensual non-monogamy, intimate relationships, body image, and media representation of genitalia. She established the Gender and Sexuality research cluster at St Mary's and actively collaborates with institutions like UWE on menopause studies and Bournemouth/Coventry Universities on non-monogamy research.
Teaching responsibilities include qualitative/quantitative research methods, critical psychology, and specialized courses in relationship psychology.
