Chloe Howe is a Lecturer (Education and Scholarship) at Keele University's School of Chemical and Physical Sciences, specializing in chemical education and active learning methodologies. She holds roles as CPS Disability Inclusion Tutor and Senior Academic Mentor. Her career began at Keele in 2009 after earning a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool. She transitioned from Teaching Fellow (2011) to Lecturer in 2019 and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy since 2012. She co-founded the Keele Centre for Team Based Learning.
Teaching focuses on foundational and advanced chemistry courses, forensic chemistry, and research project supervision. Her research emphasizes pedagogical innovations like team-based learning and problem-solving strategies in STEM education. Publications include studies on active learning in chemistry education and collaborative teaching approaches.
