Charlotte Martin is a Teaching Associate at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Education, joining in 2022. She serves as Personal and Partnership Tutor for the Primary PGCE program, conducting classroom observations, providing developmental feedback, and marking Masters-level academic assignments for trainee teachers. Concurrently, she works as an OFSTED Inspector.

Her expertise centers on Mathematics Education within primary schooling, demonstrated through her role as Primary Mastery Specialist and Assistant Maths Hub Lead for Norfolk/Suffolk. She develops teacher training frameworks via NCETM Professional Development Cohorts and ARK Curriculum Plus leadership, focusing on mastery approaches. Her work integrates educational equity through pupil premium strategies and supports trainee wellbeing alongside technical skill development.
Previously a primary school senior leader, she managed assessment systems, disadvantaged pupil programs, and Early Career Teacher development.
